B. HEALTH GUARANTEE

1. Seller guarantees kitten/cat is healthy at time of pickup/shipment and for 30 days thereafter.

2. Vaccination and health records are available. It is Buyer’s responsibility to contact Seller’s veterinarian to transfer records before Buyer’s vet check.

3. Not guaranteed against accidents, injury, stress-related illness, or issues from exposure to new environments/animals.

4. Buyer agrees to have kitten examined by a licensed vet within 14 days, including FeLV/FIV test, at Buyer’s expense. A copy of the vet report must be sent to Seller within 7 days after the exam or this guarantee is void.

5. Kitten is guaranteed up to 5 years for HCM, PKD, and FIP.

C. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

1. No refunds or replacements except under this Health Guarantee.

2. If a vet finds a life-threatening, incurable condition within 30 days, kitten/cat must be returned within 14 days of diagnosis, at Seller’s expense, along with vet report.

3. “Unsound health” means a serious, life-impairing or life-threatening condition. Minor imperfections are excluded.

4. Buyer’s vet must supply a detailed signed report.

5. Kitten guaranteed to arrive FeLV/FIV negative.

6. If kitten dies from HCM, PKD, or FIP, Buyer must provide a necropsy from a licensed vet or accredited vet college, showing cause of death.

7. Buyer acknowledges that a replacement may differ in gender, coat, tail, or feet configuration and may require up to 12 months.

8. Refusal of a suitable replacement voids replacement rights.

9. No replacement if Buyer fails to provide immediate vet care when signs of illness appear.

10. Seller may offer monetary compensation instead of replacement at their discretion.

11. No cat may be euthanized without Seller’s written consent except under vet certification of humane necessity.

D. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Buyer assumes all expenses from pickup onward. Seller’s liability never exceeds the guarantees here.

2. TICA registration slip or certificate will be provided.

3. Buyer agrees cat will not be declawed.

4. Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, food, water, vet care, exercise, and affection.

5. Cat is to be kept indoors only, except in a carrier or secure enclosure.

6. If Buyer can no longer keep the cat for any reason, they must return it to Seller at Seller’s expense.

E. HOLDING FEES

1. A 50% holding fee (for kittens under 12 weeks) is required. This fee is non-refundable unless Seller withdraws from the agreement.

2. Payment in full is due by the day after spay/neuter (usually 12–14 weeks).

3. If kitten is 12 weeks or older, full payment is due at sale.

4. If Buyer changes their mind, all payments made are forfeited.

F. VACCINATIONS

1. Kitten has received FVCRP vaccinations.

2. FIP and FIV vaccines are not given due to known risks. If Buyer vaccinates for FIP or FIV, the health guarantee is void.

3. FELV vaccination only recommended in special cases after vet consultation.

G. ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

1. Buyer understands each cat is unique and may need 1–3 months to adjust.

H. USE OF PHOTOS

1. Seller may use photos or the kitten/cat’s name for advertising.

I. VENUE & ENFORCEMENT

1. Any legal action related to this agreement shall be filed in Snohomish County, WA or Saline County, AR, and Buyer agrees to jurisdiction there.

J. CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Buyer agrees not to disclose contract terms, pricing, or pedigree details to any third party except legal counsel.

K. FINAL TERMS

1. “Kitten/cat” includes plural where applicable.

2. Digital or electronic signatures shall be valid and enforceable.
