Trish & Necia
Cascade Pixiebobs is a small, dedicated breeding program run by Trisha and Necia, raising Pixiebob kittens in both Washington and Arkansas since 2016.
We are a collaborative program, with Trisha raising litters in Washington and Necia raising litters in Arkansas. Families on our waitlist have the opportunity to choose from kittens in both locations, allowing us to focus on finding the best possible match for each home.
Our approach is simple—we prioritize health, temperament, and connection above everything else. Each kitten is raised in a hands-on, in-home environment with daily interaction, ensuring they grow into confident, social companions that integrate easily into family life.
Trisha lives in Stanwood, Washington with her husband Phil and their daughter, who all play a role in raising and socializing the kittens. Their home is rooted in hard work, family, and care for animals, and every kitten is raised with that same foundation.
Necia lives in Arkansas with her husband James. She brings a deep love for animals and a strong focus on creating meaningful connections between kittens and their future families. Her passion for storytelling and sharing real-life moments carries over into how she raises and places each kitten—with intention and care.
Together, we work closely to support one another, share litters, and make sure each kitten is placed where they will truly thrive.
We know bringing a kitten home is more than just a purchase—it’s the beginning of a long-term relationship. Our goal is to be part of that journey, helping you find the right Pixiebob to become part of your life.
Our Breeding Practices
At Cascade Pixiebobs, we believe kittens should be raised with individual attention, intention, and care from the very beginning.
Our goal isn’t just to produce beautiful kittens—it’s to raise confident, healthy, well-socialized companions that will thrive in their future homes. From birth, our kittens are handled daily, exposed to real home environments, and given the time and attention they need to develop strong, stable temperaments.
We are a TICA registered cattery, and all kittens come with a TICA breeder slip for registration.
Health & Care
We prioritize both preventative care and long-term health:
-
Kittens receive their first FVRCP (distemper) vaccine at 8 weeks
-
They are spayed or neutered between 10–14 weeks (depending on weight and development)
-
At that time, they also receive their second FVRCP vaccine and routine deworming
-
Our breeding cats (queens and kings) are regularly health tested, including annual bloodwork to monitor overall health
Nutrition
We feed a high-quality, high-protein diet to support strong growth and development.
Our current feeding program includes:
-
Nulo Cat & Kitten dry food
-
Tiki Cat wet food
We believe nutrition plays a key role in long-term health, and we’re intentional about what our cats and kittens are given from the start.
Raising & Transitioning Your Kitten
We raise our kittens in a hands-on environment so they are well-adjusted to everyday life, including other animals, sounds, and human interaction. This helps create kittens that are more adaptable and confident when they transition into their new homes.
We’ve also put together a Kitten Care Guide for our families, which includes detailed information on:
-
Food and feeding routines
-
Litter and setup recommendations
-
Toys and enrichment
-
Transition tips for bringing your kitten home
